Terms of Service
EventRoom is provided by Thanh Hung Nguyen (“we”, “us”, or “the Provider”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EventRoom mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using EventRoom, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
EventRoom is a live broadcast studio that lets you start event sessions, stream video and audio, interact with viewers through chat, and view session statistics such as viewers, gifts, and earnings summaries. Features may change over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use EventRoom. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using EventRoom, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. User content and broadcasts
You retain ownership of content you create or stream (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and display your User Content as needed to operate and improve EventRoom (for example, delivering your live stream and chat to viewers).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and broadcasts. You represent that you have all rights needed to stream or share that content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Stream or share illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content
- Infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Spam, scam, impersonate others, or attempt to manipulate gifts or metrics
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or other users
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as allowed by law
- Use EventRoom for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Virtual items (diamonds and gifts)
EventRoom may display virtual items such as diamonds, gifts, or similar rewards. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. They are licensed, not sold, and may not be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash except through features we explicitly provide. Purchases or gifts are generally non-refundable except where required by law or platform rules (for example, Apple’s refund policies for App Store transactions).
7. Permissions
Live broadcasting requires camera and microphone access on your device. Push notifications may be used to send service-related alerts. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.
8. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third parties such as Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, and push notification providers (APNs / FCM). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual property
EventRoom, including its name, branding, software, and design, is owned by Thanh Hung Nguyen or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of live streams or chat.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thanh Hung Nguyen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of EventRoom. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
12. Termination
You may stop using EventRoom at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use EventRoom ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of EventRoom after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

For questions about these Terms, contact us at support@eventroom.io. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
